He probably wanted to spend some time with his crush instead of his sister.

“Really?” Abby still had tears on her face, but she relaxed a little as she let out a sad sigh.

“Oh, Adie.

I knew that he wanted to play with Tiffany, so I didn’t disturb him.

Why did he have to go away? I don’t like him anymore.” “Haha! You know how Adie is.

1’1] advise him later, so stop crying.” Flossie held Abby’s hand as they walked toward the campsite.

Seeing how much Abby relied on Adie, Flossie wondered how she’d adjust when Adie got a girlfriend in the future.

Well, maybe it was about time Abby started spending some time apart from Adie.

“Adie is missing?” Halston caught up to them and frowned.

“Did something happen to him? After all, this is a deserted island.” “It’s not as deserted as Sun Island, and you don’t know Adie.

He’s not like other kids, so stop worrying about him.” Flossie scoffed.

Adie would probably come back once he’d had his fun.

“T don’t think it’s that simple.

We should go look for him,” Halston said seriously, looking concerned.

To him, Adie was just a child who had recently graduated from kindergarten so he shouldn’t be wandering around on his own.

Flossie’s parenting style was way too laid-back and lenient-it was very risky.

“How long have you been living with him compared to me? Do you think you know him better than I do?” Flossie turned around and stared at

Halston coldly.

“If you want to act like a great father, this isn’t the time” How could you say that? stefan clenched his fists in anger.

“Fine.

I’ll look for him if you don’t want to!

Consequently, Halston and Flossie went their separate ways.

Halston went out to look for Adie while Flossie was convinced Adie was just out playing and would come back soon.

Flossie decided not to worry about it, and went to cook dinner with Abby.

Meanwhile, Adie was safe and sound.

He held Tiffany’s hand as they climbed up the steep path, eventually arriving at the cave where Adie and his family had found the treasures earlier.

“What do you think? Isn’t this place fun? We’re alone here, so no one can find US,” Adie announced proudly.

He got his adventurous streak from Flossie and his courage from Halston.

Having grown up on Sun Island which had many types of complicated terrains and caves, Adie had developed a love of exploring caves from a young age.

When Halston and Flossie had stopped him from going into the cave earlier, it had made him long to explore it even more, which was why he had eagerly returned to it.

“Is this cave safe? It looks so dark and deep…” Tiffany asked hesitantly as she stood at the entrance of the cave.

“My daddy and mommy went in, so it has to be safe.

It just looks scary because it’s dark.” Adie stared into the cave, his eyes gleaming in excitement.

“If you’re scared, you can just wait here for me.

I’ll come out after exploring it a bit.” He seemed determined to explore the cave.

Although Tifffany looked delicate, she was actually quite stubborn.

She planted her hands on her waist and said defensively, “I’m not scared! I’m used to the dark, so I’m not scared at all!” “Then, let’s go in together…” Adie held his hand out to her, then snickered. “Don’t worry I won’t say a word when you cry later.” “IT won’t cry! And I…

1 don’t want to see you cry either!” Tiffany pouted and stormed into the cave without taking Adie’s hand.

She wasn’t lying when she said she was used to the dark.

Ever since she was two years old, she had lived in the dark.

In the beginning, she cried and cried until her throat became sore, but eventually, she grew to love the darkness.

The only thing she could hear was the sound of her breathing, and it calmed her.

She boldly walked deeper into the cave, looking like a fish in water.

Adie and Tiffany walked deeper into the cave and eventually arrived at the innermost part of it.

They used torches to light the way, and once they found flat area they sat cross legged on the ground.

“Adie, let’s play a game, okay?” Tiffany suggested, her eyes bright with excitement.

“What game?” Adie asked curiously.

Initially, he thought Tiffany would be scared, but that hadn’t been the case at all.

In fact, he was the one who yelped in fear when he stepped on mud thinking it was something else.

“Let’s play rock, paper, scissors.

The loser has to tell the winner a secret,” tiffany said eagerly comfortable in the dark cave.

“Sure, I like that game.” Adie nodded, intrigued.

I want to know all your secrets!

“I’m also curious to know your secrets,” Tiffany mimicked with a wide grin.

Soon, they started playing the game.

In the first round, Adie went for ‘rock’ while Tiffany went for ‘paper’, which meant Adie lost the round and had to tell Tiffany a secret.

“A secret…” Adie scratched his head and frowned.

“I don’t think I have any.” It wasn’t that he was reluctant to share, but he had grown up with an open-minded family where it was easy to express himself. “Everyone has secrets, and I’m sure you do too.
