Chapter 655 – A Second Chance with My Billionaire Love

Filed to story: A Second Chance with My Billionaire Love

[The secret romance between a big shot and a pig. ]

[Is Xavier okay?) At last, the pig gave birth to its first piglet as Xavier sang love songs to it.

“Yes, it’s out! You’re doing great, keep going!” Xavier said encouragingly as he held the sticky little piglet, feeling himself tear up as he stared at the tiny creature.

In the past, he always felt that children were horrible demons, but when he held the little piglet in his hands, he suddenly felt like he wanted to have children.

Oh, yes. He would have children with Leia when this show was over.

Eventually, all the chaos ended, and a few dozen piglets were sprawled across the pigsty.

Jayden grinned happily knowing his future business was secured.

Xavier had swiftly prevented the other guests from interfering, and had won 1000 points in the end.

Additionally, Jayden and the village secretary awarded Xavier with a red flower and a banner declaring him the ‘best midwife for sows’.

Xavier proudly looked at the red flower pinned to his dirtied expensive shirt, and swaggered over to Leia as if he had just secured a million-dollar contract.

“Look, I did it.

I told you not to be so smug! Looks like our situations are reversed now.” Leia stared at his filthy clothes and messy hair, and hesitantly gave him a thumbs-up.

“Mister, you definitely went all out.

I’m convinced.” At night, Xavier set up an outdoor seafood barbecue party.

Everyone sat around the bonfire and chatted happily, and Xavier gave Santiago some tasks so he couldn’t escape and go to Leia.

Leia, however, didn’t attend the party.

She leaned on the balcony railing in her villa, watching the serene sea quietly.

It was dark, and she couldn’t see anything, but for some reason, she felt at peace.

Xavier had come to stand behind Leia at some point, and he asked her softly, “What are you looking at?” “Ah! How did you get in here?” Leia gasped as she spun around and glared at Xavier.

“Didn’t I prohibit you from coming into my villa without my permission?” “Stop being so stubborn.

This villa will be mine tomorrow…” Xavier checked the time and smirked.

“In four hours, actually.

When that happens, you won’t have this beautiful sea view unless Tallow it.” “How mean,” Leia muttered, controlling her words but silently cursing him in her heart.

If she really did get the cottage, she had to rely on his kindness to get a room here to survive.

“Good.

You’re nicer now.” Xavier nodded in satisfaction.

He had sacrificed a lot today just for this small moment of victory.

Suddenly, his expression turned serious, and he turned to Leia.

” Hey, do you want to see the most beautiful view on this island?”

“Seriously?” Leia asked suspiciously.

“Yes!” Xavier nodded and held his hand out to her.

“It’s the perfect time to.

Would you like to go with me?” Leia looked into his eyes and saw sincerity in them.

After a brief pause, she nodded firmly.

“Okay.” “Let’s go then, my princess.” Xavier’s eyes sparkled in delight, and he acted like a prince leading his beloved princess to his secret spot.

To his surprise, she had actually agreed to his request.

Looks like those pigs were good for something, after all.

After a while of walking, they arrived on the other end of the island where Xavier’s cottage was.

There was a large space in front of the cottage where the barbecue was going on, and some people were whispering to each other while others sang and played guitar.

The atmosphere was rather romantic.

“Don’t tell me the most beautiful view on this island is this barbecue?” Leia asked in disbelief.

She should never have trusted that trickster Xavier! “Well, not exactly…” Holding Leia’s hand, Xavier gently led her away from the crowd, and they entered the cottage through a side door.

Leia’s eyes widened and she scoffed, “Your cottage? Even the outdoor barbecue is a better option! Can you be serious for once?” “Relax, we’ll get there soon!” Suddenly, Xavier covered her eyes and turned off the lights.

“Xavier, what are you doing? I’ll scream if you do anything stupid! ” Leia thought he would kiss her again, and her whole body tensed up.

At that moment, Xavier removed his hands from her eyes and snapped his fingers.

Look up!” “Look…

Look up?” Her surroundings were dark, but when Leia looked up, her gaze landed on a beautiful starry sky.

Her eyes widened in awe, and she covered her mouth in disbelief.

“Oh wow …

This is…

This is amazing!” The roofless cottage gave them the perfect view of the stars shining brightly in the night sky.

Leia’s eyes lit up as she started counting the stars, smiling excitedly like a child.

“You’ll have a better view if you lay here.” Xavier led her over to the bed, and was happy when she didn’t refuse and laid down with him.

Leia watched the stars, thrilled that she could stare at them without even lifting her head. It looked so magical!

Leia and Xavier laid next to each other and marvelled at the view silently, their shoulders and heads touching. It felt peaceful and soothing.

“You know, it’s been a while since I saw this many stars…” Leia murmured, feeling rather melancholic. “The last time was when Liam, Flossie, and I drove to The Golden Hills at Springfield. Everwell Hills, The King of Hills is right opposite The Golden Hills. When night fell, the dark sky was full of bright stars… It was as if I could see the whole galaxy.”

“I can imagine,” Xavier said longingly. He had always wanted to stargaze on a hill because the view would be clearest, but he never could find the time. Now that he heard it from Leia, he felt like he was experiencing it himself.

“We had such a good time, and we worried about nothing. We would go on road trips when we were free, and we climbed a lot of mountains and went to a lot of beaches. Now, even though the stars haven’t changed, we have. There are always things to worry about.” Leia sighed as she thought about her college days.
