“You can have them both!” Flossie declared. Leia’s jaw dropped, and she crushed the peeled orange in her hand angrily. “How dare you tease me!”
“No, just think about it! Why not have them both since you like both of them? These are modern times. Back then, men could have more than one wife, so why can’t women have more than one husband now? We should be open-minded!”
“Fine then, since you’re so open-minded, why don’t you have Jovan and Mr. Baldwin as well? Oh, and my brother too. He’s been thinking about you all the time, and I’m sure he’ll be overjoyed to be one of your lovers.”
“Haha! Okay, you got me.” Flossie held up her hands in defeat, giggling. After a while, she confessed, “Either way, my case is different from yours.”

“Yes! I think both Santiago and Xavier are good. One can take care of the kids at home while you go out and have fun with the other. How nice that’ll be!”
“Haha! That’s a nice thought.” Leia started fantasizing about a life with two lovers, a dreamy smile on her face. Suddenly, she realized something. “Wait a minute, Flossie. You said Halston is the only man you love. Do you still miss him?”

The women surrounding Flossie and Leia laughed and one of them sneered, “Of course it stinks—it’s manure! It suits people like you!”
“Heh, karma’s really got them good. One of them is mute while the other is blind…”
“Hmph! How dare they steal others’ men!” Those women took photos and videos of Flossie and Leia, humiliating and ridiculing them.
“Mm!” Leia’s face was red with anger, and she stood up. She fought the women, trying her best to protect Flossie. Both of them looked very pitiful.
“Get lost!” A cold voice bellowed, and Halston appeared, pushing away the malicious women. “Flossie!” When Halston saw Flossie’s dirty face and helpless look, his heart ached.
He pushed past Leia and pulled Flossie into his arms.

“I don’t care about that.” Halston embraced Flossie again, regret filling him. “I’m sorry I’m late. I shouldn’t have left you at home alone… I’m so sorry.”
The women quickly fled, but still posted the videos on the Internet with all kinds of edits and criticisms. Many people saw the videos, and some said that Leia and Flossie deserved punishment, while others condemned Shirley’s fans for going overboard. After testing the water temperature, Halston said to Flossie,” I’ve filled the bathtub. Just enjoy it and relax a little.”
“Sure, but can you please give me some privacy?” Flossie ducked her head and mumbled awkwardly.
“No, I have to watch you. What if you fall, need a towel, or want to put on your clothes?”
“I can figure it out myself, so go. How can I enjoy my bath with you here?” Flossie felt embarrassed at naked in front of Halston. The thought of him watching her take a bath made her cheeks warm.
“Okay, I’ll just help you into the bathtub then. Call me when you’re done, okay?” Halston compromised and placed the phone on a table near the bathtub. “I’ve put the phone on the table. You can find it if you reach for it.”
“Fine, now go!” Flossie nodded and urged him.
After a while, Flossie heard the door close and figured that Halston had left. She started taking off her clothes, revealing an attractive hourglass figure. She had fair skin and nice curves, creating a tempting silhouette. Halfway through taking off her clothes, she heard ragged breathing. Enraged, she stamped her feet and yelled, “Halston, you pervert!”
“Shoot, you found me.” Halston sounded hoarse as he looked at Flossie reluctantly and sighed. “How cruel! You arouse me, but don’t do anything about it. Fine, I’ll go.” He finally left the bathroom, fearing that Flossie might punch him if he didn’t. He found it so strange that despite meeting many women who were prettier than Flossie, his body only reacted to her. He had seen and touched her body endless times, but he never got tired of its beauty.
When Halston went downstairs, Leia had just finished her bath and had changed into casual clothes. She exited the guest room and met Halston’s gaze awkwardly, but soon, her hostility towards him returned. She dug her phone out and started typing on it angrily. “You ungrateful scumbag! Why are you pestering Flossie again? What are you up to?”
Halston realized that Leia could not speak, and smiled in amusement. Instead of answering her, he said teasingly,” Well, it seems like even God got tired of your talking and decided to shut you up.”
“You jerk! How dare you say that about me! You’re done for!” After typing that, Leia put her phone aside and pounced on Halston like a tiger. She grabbed him and started beating him up fiercely.
“Don’t push your luck, Leia! I only go easy on you because of Flossie,” Halston growled threateningly as Leia landed a few punches on him.
Since Leia couldn’t speak, she just kept on punching Halston. As Flossie’s best friend, she knew how Flossie had suffered because of Halston. Flossie had finally left that grief behind, but now he had come back into her life.
