Irene Lynch knew that Jason had a deceased wife named Grace, but she had not seen photos of her before. It was only normal that she did not know the woman in front of her was Jason’s wife.
“Look at you! Who’s the shameless one?” Lina said to Irene Lynch. Jasper was Jason’s biological daughter and her good friend was Jason’s wife as stated in his marriage certificate.
However, they were subjected to Irene Lynch’s ridicule now.
This made Lina very angry.
Irene Lynch was incensed. She rushed forward, wanting to give Lina a slap on the face, but Grace reached out and stopped her hand mid-air. “What happened before was only an argument between two children. What are you doing, butting in even though you’re an adult? Are you planning to make everything worse?”
Ever since Oriel Lynch became Jason’s adopted daughter, Irene Lynch had gotten used to everyone’s flattery. How could she withstand this? She brandished her other hand, about to hit Grace.
Lina was not one to watch her good friend get hit, so the three women ended up brawling.
The children, who had started the fight in the first place, watched the adults with their eyes open wide. They each held half of the photo.
The employees in the restaurant rushed forward and pulled the three women apart. Despite their efforts, all three women ended up suffering injuries somewhere. Irene Lynch had been roughed up the most. Her immaculately combed hair was now as messy as a bird’s nest. One of her fake eyelashes had fallen, and her lipstick stained the corner of her lips.
The manager of the restaurant was shocked when he recognized Irene Lynch.
This… This woman was in a relationship with Mr. Reed! It was mentioned online all over the news. Not only had this woman recently opened a chain of beauty salons but she was also close with a group of noblewomen in tMason Swansonty. Nothing could ever happen to someone like her in his restaurant!
Otherwise, they would have to close the restaurant within a few days!
The manager rushed forward and said, “Miss Lynch, are you okay?”
Irene Lynch said angrily, “How could you let such a person into the restaurant? If something happens to my daughter in your restaurant, let’s see how Mr. Reed will take care of you!”
The manager kept apologizing.
At this moment, Jasper raised her eyes to look at her mother and godmother. She said cutely, “Mommy, you and Godmother fought. You said not to fight with anyone else, Mommy, didn’t you?” She thought that Mommy would scold her because she had fought, but then Mommy and Godmother threw themselves into the battlefield after her.
Did that mean that Mommy would not reprimand her?
Grace stroked her daughter’s little head. “So you still remember Mommy saying that, huh… I said that we shouldn’t fight unprovoked, but I didn’t say we can’t fight. If it’s after you’re bullied and abused, then do it! We call this… justified defense.”
“Oh!” The little girl nodded her head, but it was unknown how much of it she understood.
“Justified defense?” Irene Lynch was furious. At this moment, there were still many people around. She was totally humiliated! Now, she was desperate to regain some of her dignity. “Don’t think that whatever happened today will be resolved so easily. I’ll hire a lawyer to sue you until you lose all your money!”
Oriel Lynch, who was standing next to Irene Lynch, raised her chin and proudly rushed over Jasper Reed. “My mommy is going to find a lawyer uncle, and the lawyer uncle will punish you!”
However, Jasper was even more arrogant than Oriel Lynch, almost raising her chin to the sky. “Your mommy needs the help of a lawyer uncle but my mommy is a lawyer herself, so she’s not afraid!”
“My mommy has a lot of money and can find a lot of great lawyer uncles!” Oriel Lynch said.
“My mommy doesn’t even need to spend money to have all the great lawyer uncles come!” Jasper proudly retorted.
The two children attacked each other with their childish voices.
Grace looked at Irene Lynch coldly. “Fine, call the police! Leave a statement so that we have everything ready for when you prosecute me!”
The restaurant manager hurriedly said to Grace, “Do you know who she is? Her daughter is the little young lady of the Reed family. You’d better hurry up and apologize to Miss Lynch now, or you won’t be able to live in Emerald City peacefully in the future.”
“I won’t do that. If she really wants to sue me, then so be it..” Grace said. She was not surprised at how the manager was asking her to apologize without knowing what had happened. Many people in this world tended to gravitate toward profits and avoid harm.
Irene Lynch wanted so badly to tear this woman in front of her into shreds. Call the police; she said? Great! When that time came, she would have this woman understand how unfortunate it was that she had offended her in Emerald City!
The restaurant still had to operate, so when the police came, they escorted the five of them involved into their police cars.
In the police car, Irene Lynch could not help but freeze when she heard the name Grace told the police.
Grace? This woman’s name was also Grace!
Was that not the name of Young master Reed’s deceased wife?
At this moment, however, Irene Lynch did not a**ociate Grace with Jason’s wife. Jason’s wife had pa**ed away five years ago, after all. That was common knowledge in tMason Swansonty.
Irene Lynch only thought that the Grace in front of her was utterly ridiculous for thinking that she could suck up to Young master Reed just because her name was also Grace. How dare she shamelessly let a child mistake Young master Reed as her father?!

Lina came up to her friend’s ear and said, “Did you really say that to Jasper?”
“Mm.” Grace’s face could not help but blush a little. Well, she had indeed said such cheeky words to her daughter as she had been obsessing over whether her dad would like her or not.
“It’s been five years since I last met you and you’ve grown up, huh?” Lina snickered.
Irene Lynch coldly snorted. “Shamelessness can really be hereditary. Like mother, like daughter. I would eat a shoe if Young master Reed ends up liking a woman like you!”
“I’ll wait for you to eat your shoe, then!” Lina egged her on.
“You…” Irene Lynch felt like she would explode from anger thanks to Lina.
The car drove to the police station in a short time. The group of people got out of the car. Irene Lynch’s lawyer was already waiting at the entrance of the police station. As soon as he saw Irene Lynch, he hurried over. “Miss Lynch, you can rest a**ured that there’ll be no problem with this lawsuit. We can definitely-”

Your story is really great but there’s already alot of plot twist and turns and please try to make it a little straight forward no longer drama in between. Also we don’t know if Lilly Atkinson and Sean Stevens really gets punishment or not especially Lilly since she’s part of the kidnapping plan and what happen to Secretary Wang too after rescuing Grace. But please don’t make the story too much drama with alot of plot twist just let Grace and Jason get back together, please let us know about Kyla ,Nelson and Martin relationship too and Hadwin Stephenson too please let us know about him if he still remember Lina or not
Exactly, too much plot twist made the story boring that made me not finish reading. After finishing reading all the chapters, this is the first time i didnt finish it vecause sometimes making it too much exciting made the story boring. Sorry author.

Grace needs to be happy for once without any sudden surprises. I just hope that this story ends well – Grace, Jason, and their triplets.
I pray that as soon as he sees Grace that all his memories flood back. I’ll be done if he doesn’t remember her and treats her badly and turns her and Jasper away. That will just be too much punishment for Grace so ill have to make up my own ending. There’s also got to be more to Hadwin…disappointed that he just abandoned her and let her get beaten up and nearly did. This is becoming a horrible book.

Irene is a gold digger! Why does she think Jason will stick out his neck for her? I love Jasper’s swag! Stand your ground for your position girl! Jason is your dad and this impostor should go look for her father.
By the time Terence and the bodyguards that know Grace come around the police station, Irene’s pride will be deflated. It has started with lawyer Li recognising Grace as a lawyer.
Exaggerating the story making it boring.
The more u prolong this plot twist, the more the book becomes boring to readers. Let all conflicts end here and allow Grace to have a complete happy family for once. Secretary Wang, Lily and The Stevens family, Rhey have to suffer as well. There is also Hadwin and Lina, Martin, Kyla and Nelson. Let’s know what’s going on with them author. Thanks

I love a good read and with all the twists in the book it keeps me at the edge of my seat… I just wish we could get an update that is sufficient enough where we don’t have to keep waiting for couple days or so to see what’s next. Thanks for the update, this story is amazing despite the twist and turns but please give us something to relax with between Jason and Grace, let Brian go for Lina if possible and leave the couple alone to have a great family life, give us updates on Kyla and Nelson, both deserved to be happy, let Lilly taste some of her bitter pills and Hadwin to have regrets for ditching Lina . I loved reading this book and couldn’t wait for the next chapters, but the more I read I start to loose interest because it seems like there’s no happy endings for none of the characters, the struggles that it took for Jason and Grace to finally be happy together ended with that crazy twist, now it’s five years later and he don’t even remember that he was in love with her, so now it’s looking like Grace and her daughter going to have to deal with more drama, please give Grace a break and let her finally be happy for once.

Why there are a lots of twist and dramas .. when you let Grace taste the sweetness of the world..she have been a lot..but then again you gave her another 5 long years of suffering ..for not being with Jason and the two kids ..old master Reed was already defeated and why still prolong the agony of Grace..
So Grace was also with amnesia…. Can´t wait to see how Jason reacts when he sees Grace and his daughter! More chapters please!!!
