Crystal’s eyes lit up excitedly. But she was anchoring the audition, so she couldn’t stop. She could only wink excitedly at Alicia.

Alicia acted a little strange. She didn’t seem to meet Crystal’s gaze. She looked distraught.

Alicia was insignificant in the radio station. Mr. Paulo’s and Nora’s attention were on Crystal. The staff were also busy with their work. After all, radio station A had already broken the record just after the audition. Everyone didn’t dare to get distracted, so one noticed Alicia except Crystal.

Alicia stood at the door, and soon, she raised her head as if she was searching for someone.

She looked around, and her eyes suddenly landed on someone, and her eyes radiated.

Her gaze had landed on Mr. Paulo,

Alicia raised her legs and walked closer to Mr. Paulo.” Mr. Paulo.” She called out in admiration.

The entire radio station was silent because Crystal was still anchoring the audition, there couldn’t be any iota of noise.

Alicia’s words seemed to have caught everyone’s attention.

Everyone stared at Alicia in shock. What was she doing? Didn’t she know that the audition was still ongoing?

Mr. Paulo’s eyes fell on Alicia’s face. He had only cooperated with Alicia once.

Apart from that, he didn’t have much of an impression about Alicia.

Mr. Paulo was very unhappy by Alicia’s actions, so he scolded,

“Alicia, an audition is ongoing, what are you doing?”

Alicia stared at Mr. Paulo seductively.

“Mr. Paulo, there’s something that I’ve always wanted telling you. You know, since I was a child, I’ve always wanted to study medicine, and you have always been my idol. I always crave to listen to you. I can’t suppress my feelings anymore, I like you Mr. Paulo, I have liked you for so many years.”

Everyone gasped, as they stared at Alicia in shock.

Did she just say that she liked Mr. Paulo?

Alicia was a twenty years old girl. She was same age as Crystal. Mr. Paulo was definitely old enough to be her grandfather.

In fact, there were always news of young girls marrying older men. But when news of such broke out, the young girls always faced criticism.

Crystal stood up in shock. She looked at Alicia in disbelief. ‘What the hell was Alicia doing?’ She wondered.

Nora was the first to react. Her expression had suddenly changed, and she quickly commanded,

“Hurry up and off the radio! Hurry up!”

The entire staff suddenly became alerted. The radio was still airing. The listeners had already heard everything that Alicia had said.

Someone took a glance at the listening rate, it only didn’t break the record, it was also way beyond the expected reach.

Alicia stepped forward and hugged Mr. Paulo, she had no idea of what was going on.

“I like you, Mr. Paulo. Your wife has already passed away, why don’t you allow me take care of you. I want to marry you!” Alicia yelled happily.

Everyone was shocked. They looked at Alicia who had rushed to hug Mr. Paulo, they concluded that she was crazy.

Crystal froze on the spot, unable to utter a word. Nora watched as a young girl fanatically confessed her feelings to her father.

Nora stomped her feet and ordered, ‘Someone, get this lu natic away! Drive her out of here!”

The security guard who stood outside rushed in quickly and grabbed Alicia, trying to pull her away from Mr. Paulo.

But Alicia resisted them, and hugged Mr. Paulo even more desperately.

The radio station A, had swiftly became a mess.

The staff had been caught off guard by Alicia’s actions, hence they had forgot to turn off the radio. Now, the listening rate had soared higher.

Nora’s was furious. She reached out and pushed Alicia away from Mr. Paulo.

Alicia stared at Mr. Paulo frantically and stubbornly. Even though she was being held by somet securities, she still wanted holding onto Mr. Paulo.

“Mr. Paulo, don’t you like me? I don’t believe that you don’t like me. We worked together before, don’t you remember? It was you who gave me hope. Have you forgotten that day of the audition…”

Seeing that Alicia was able to reveal the happenings of that day, Crystal grabbed a cup of coffee which was on her table, and threw it directly on Alicia’s face.

“Wake up!” Crystal yelled at her.

The warm coffee fell on Alicia’s face. Alicia shuddered and regained consciousness.

Alicia raised her head and stared at the surprised Mr. Paulo, then at Crystal, and then at the staff who were watching her. Her legs softened and she collapsed on the ground.

Alicia gasped for breath, as her entire body trembled. She felt as if she had been pushed into an ice-cold abyss. She really didn’t know what she had just done.

Nora seemed to have being brought back to reality, as she rushed forward and turned off the radio.

Radio A, which had been in chaos some seconds ago, instantly became quiet. It was so quiet that one could hear a needle falling to the ground.

The atmosphere inside radio A was stiff and awkward,

The doorknob of the radio station turned, and someone pushed open the door and walked in.

It was Mrs, Bush, and Oriana was behind her.

Mrs. Bush stepped forward and shook Mr. Paulo’s right hand.

“Mr. Paulo, I didn’t expect that after so many years, your charm would still not be diminished. That’s really admirable.”

With that, Mrs. Bush moved over to Crystal and patted her on the shoulder.

“Oh, my dear, you’re Mr. Paulo’s granddaughter, right? I wonder how you feel now that your friend has confessed to liking your grandfather.”

Once she was done speaking to Crystal, she headed to Nora and said to her,

“Director Nora, you must be very proud that have such a father and daughter, right?” Mrs. Bush was already in a competitive relationship with the Paulo’s family.

The radio station’s number rang, as multiple calls poured in.

The staff answered the call. It was a call from a media reporter from Imperial city.

“What did we just hear? Does Alicia really likes Mr. Paulo?” The call soon got disconnected, as another call came in.

“Is it convenient for Mr. Paulo to accept our interview? We’re granting Mr. Paulo and interview about his relationship with Alicia.” The second caller informed.

The staff were reluctant to give a response to the caller, so they just hung up the call.

Mrs. Bush looked at everyone, and then said,

“I think y’all are so busy in here. I’ll go ahead. Oh, by the way, Mr. Paulo, remember to inform us if there is any good news, okay?”

Before leaving, Mrs. Bush winked at Oriana who stood at the door.

Oriana moved in a little, and her eyes landed on Mr. Paulo’s face. They all stared at her, as if they wanted pouncing on her, and tearing her apart the next second.

Oriana looked at Alicia who had slumped to the ground. Alicia felt very embarrassed. The coffee had splashed on her face, and stained her entire body.

Alicia also looked up and stared at Oriana, her eyes instantly exuding hatred.

“Oriana, it’s you! You attacked me with an injection, and made me lose my mind!” Alicia accused.

Oriana scoffed, and replied,

“Alicia, I really don’t understand what you’re saying. I was with Mrs. Bush as you all can see. If you claim that I had attacked you, then you must present the evidence, else I’ll sue you for defamation if you keep with your allegations.”

Alicia slowly realized that she had fallen into Oriana’s trap from the very beginning. Oriana was a really skillful player.

“Oriana, you are still so eloquent, right? You dare to do this on my territory?” Mr. Paulo questioned angrily.

Oriana calmly met Mr. Paulo’s fierce gaze, she smiled without fear, and responded to him,

“Mr. Paulo, what do you mean, please? It’s Alicia who likes you and not me, i really can’t control the way she feels about you.”

Although Mr. Paulo had a good reputation throughout his entire life, this scandal was one that could affect his career, The speculations of him being in a love relationship with his student, was an allegation which could cost his career.

Mr. Paulo squinted his turbid eyes angrily. At first, he didn’t take Oriana serous, but she had actually planned such a big drama under his nose. It seemed like he had really underestimated her.

Mr. Paulo had been obsessed with medicine all his life, and he had never been in a romantic relationship with any one young enough to be his daughter. What he valued the most was his reputation.

Now that the rumors of his scandals were spreading across the entire country, Mr. Paulo couldn’t believe that he was being set up by a young girl.

Allçia gazed at Oriana in fear. She didn’t understand how Oriana knew that she liked Mr. Paulo.

That has been a secret she had kept to herself. She had never told anyone about it. How did Oriana know about it?

Alicia felt that Oriana was unfathomable.
