“Okay.” Mirabella chatted with her for a while before heading upstairs to take a bath.

Serena was filled with jealousy. Her grades were not bad either, but her mother didn’t host a banquet for her.

The next day.

Mirabella walked out of Reflections Villa’s gate and handed the prepared gift to Romeo.

“This is for you.”

Romeo was surprised, he had a gift? This was the first time he received a gift from her.

He couldn’t help the joy and excitement, opening the bag to find a variety of items.

“I made the clothes myself.”

She would make clothes in her spare time. After completing a few sets, she thought it was too little and prepared other things.

“And this, you’re under a lot of stress. These are tablets, you can drop one in water and drink it when you have time.” Mirabella took out a small bottle.

She made the medicine herself, which could alleviate stress and be beneficial to physical and mental health.

He had other gifts to receive.

Romeo, holding the gift in one hand and hugging her joyfully with the other, whispered in her ear, “You’re the best gift heaven has ever given me.” Mirabella could tell he was happy. She didn’t expect him to be so thrilled over some random things she prepared.

Her mum was right that Romeo had given her so many gifts, and it was only right for her to return the favor.

“There are pajamas, suits, shirts, socks, and so on, and also,” Mirabella trailed off before she could finish.

“And what else?”

“You’ll see when you get home.”

Seeing a slight blush on Mirabella’s face, Romeo had a hunch and leaned in to whisper, “Is it intimate apparel?”

He chuckled, “How did you know my size?”

“Romeo!”

“You look so adorable when you’re blushing.” Romeo gently touched her face, his eyes full of affection, “I never thought you’d have such a shy side. It’s too cute. You’re so generous.”

Either she gave no gifts at all, or she gave a whole load of them.

“This is my first time giving gifts. If there are things you don’t like, you don’t have to force yourself to keep them.”

“Even if you gave me a leaf, it would be the best gift in the world to me. It’s just,” Romeo looked down at the bag in his hands, somewhat reluctant to let go. Mirabella looked up at him, “What?”

“I really want to keep these things.”

These were all gifts that Mirabella had personally chosen for him, and some were even handcrafted by her. He really didn’t want to use them.

Mirabella saw the reluctance in his eyes, “If you like, I can give you more in the future, especially the clothes. If you want them today, I can send them to you tomorrow. If you want to keep them, I can design a few more sets for you to keep.”

Romeo chuckled at her words, and gently touched her face, “I don’t want you to work so hard. When did you prepare all this?”

When she was with him, she didn’t have time to do anything.

She must have taken a lot of time off to surprise him.

And he was clueless, often sending her home late.

She must not have had enough rest during this time.

Thinking about this, he felt a pang of guilt.

Mirabella understood what he was thinking and casually said, “I didn’t spend much time. My mom wants to invite my uncle’s family to dinner tomorrow. You should come.”

Although Romeo had received a call from Louisa the night before asking him to reserve the largest private room, he was still thrilled to hear Mirabella’s invitation, “I’ll pick you up tomorrow night.”

“No need, I’ll take our car.”

“Then I’ll call you when I get to the restaurant.”

“Alright.”

Romeo opened the car door for her. Today they were going to see the flowers in the largest flower sea in the neighboring city.

“It’s a bit of a long drive, you can rest a bit.”

“I’m fine, I’m not tired.” Mirabella took out her phone to handle some work.

Romeo covered her screen as he waited for the traffic light, his tone gentle, “Looking at your phone in the car is bad for your eyes.”

“You’re quite the busybody.”

“That’s because I care about you.” Romeo smiled, “In this life, only you can boss me around. I wouldn’t dare to boss you around.”

He knew his place in the family was always last, Bella was definitely first.

“So you feel quite wronged.”

“I do feel a bit wronged.” Romeo looked at her with a smile, “But if my fiancee could care about me more, and pay more attention to me, then this feeling of being wronged would turn into happiness.”

Mirabella put down her phone and pressed the music player in the car. Beautiful music immediately filled the car.

“Did you write a song for David?”

“How did you find out?” Mirabella was amazed by his information gathering skills. David had been staying home for the past few days, the new tune wasn’t even recorded yet, how did Romeo find out so quickly?

“He was showing off to me last night.”

Mirabella was speechless. So that was how it was.

Mirabella caught a hint of jealousy in his words, and she chuckled, “If you like, I could write a song for you next time.”

“Really?”

“Really.”

Romeo reached out to stroke her hair, “I knew my fiancée had me in her heart.”

Once Mirabella wrote a new song, he would show it off to David, to let him know who was in Mirabella’s heart.

They arrived at the largest rose sea in the neighboring city.

Mirabella noticed seven or eight photographers waiting at the entrance, all of them respectfully greeted Romeo when they saw him.

Romeo had hired the best photography team in Solterra?

“Let’s take some couple photos first, we’ll wait until you’re ready to take the wedding photos,” Romeo had booked the entire rose sea just for them today. Carl personally delivered four large boxes of outfits, all prepared by Romeo.

One box was for Romeo, and the other three were for Mirabella, filled with beautiful long dresses, various hair accessories, jewelry, and so on.

Mirabella thought they were just going to look at the flowers today, so she didn’t dress up. She didn’t expect Romeo to be so thoughtful.

“Mr. McMillian, could you lift Ms. Bennett? Yes, just like that.”

“Ms. Bennett, could you lean on Mr. McMillian’s chest and give us a smile.”

“Mr. McMillian, you could pretend to be taking a picture of Ms. Bennett. Ms. Bennett, you could lower your head and smell the flowers, yes, that’s the pose”

After an hour of cooperative shooting, Mirabella was exhausted. There were assistants holding umbrellas for her, wiping her sweat, and even bringing her drinks.

Mirabella suddenly had a feeling that they were taking wedding photos.

A variety of drinks and food were placed in a spherical glass room by Carl, waiting for them.

“Let’s go over there and rest for a while.” Romeo gently put his arm around Mirabella’s shoulder, waving the photography team away as he held an umbrella over her
