“Me too” he says quietly before we both hear a commotion behind us.
“THEOOO” I hear the voice of my best friend scream.
Turning I see her launching herself at her mate as he stumbles back from the force of her movement before she crashes her lips to his.
“Well damn” I exclaim as l chuckle at them. Turning I see Naomi and Laurence holding each other tightly before Laurence bends down and lovingly kisses Naomis bump.
“Do you think that will be us soon?” I ask Jax as we both watch the couples tenderly embrace.
“Yes” he says without a moments hesitation as he wraps an arm round my shoulder. “It will be.”
“Oh yeah?” I ask c****g a brow.
Looking around he sees everybody is happy and busy chatting amongst themselves. Clearing his throat he gets everybody’s attention by clapping his hands loudly.
“Pack members! It’s so nice to see everybody back home where they belong, trust me when I say we have missed having everyone together. Tonight we will be having a pack night. Bring your pups with you, if they’re tired tomorrow blame me” he says with a wink as the pack bursts into laughter.
“Tonight we will not only be celebrating our victory but we will also be celebrating the lives of those we lost in the fight. It’s never nice to have a loved one die, especially in these circumstances. But they were warriors, they died a warriors death. Let’s celebrate the positive impact they all had in our lives and reminisce on all those wonderful memories we have of them all. In the coming days we will hold their send offs, but for now.. let’s enjoy being together, being a pack and being with our friends and family. It’s nice to have you home!” He finishes strongly as the crowd erupts into thunderous applause at his touching words.
Once they’ve quietened down and everyone begins to busy themselves he turns to me with a certain gleam in his eyes.
Checking his watch he smirks, “we are meeting the other packs in an hour and a half..until then you’re all mine.”
Nova POV:
Breathing heavily I slump against Jax’s sweaty chest as he holds me against the door, his warm breath in my ear as we bask in the afterglow of being together. We’d barely made it through the bedroom door without tearing our clothes off of one another in our desperate bid to be together.
Rocking his hips gently into mine I moan as his still hard shaft grazes my cervix, sending pleasure coursing through me.
“I’m not done yet” he whispers as my breathing hitches.

“I want us to have pups now Jax” I say quietly making his eyes snap open and his movement freeze.

“I do” I breath as l squeeze around him making his breath hitch before he groans.
“Is it the right timing?” He asks knowing that was my concern before.
“Is there ever?” I ask quietly. “I know what I want Jax.”
Moving his hips slightly quicker he reaches a hand down to life,my ass up, this angle making him go even deeper as I mewl beneath him.
“I’ve wanted pups with you for since I knew you were mine” he whispers as I smile against his lips.
Scratching my nails down his back he moans before claiming my lips hungrily, his hips moving harder as he brings us both closer to our released. Moving his lips from mine he sucks and nibbles on my neck as I become a moaning mess beneath him.
“f**k Jax” I cry as he slams into me and bites down on my mark, arching my back as I hurtle over the edge I scream his name as my walls tighten around him. With a loud grunt he slams into my heat hard one last time before gripping my hips. With hooded lids I reach up and bite on his mark. “Nova” he groans as he pulses inside me, filling me with his seed once more. Grinding my hips against his as we ride our highs he groans before we both slump on the bed, happy and sated.
“You really want pups?” He asks, the excitement evident in his voice.
“I’m going to go to the hospital tomorrow, I don’t want the shot anymore” I say showing him my mind is made up.
“YES” he shouts pumping the air with his fist as I burst into laughter.
“Glad to see we’re on the same page” I giggle before slipping out of bed. “Let’s shower, we need to hurry and meet everyone.”
Nodding his head with a large grin on his face he happily follows me to the shower, humming away as he does so.
“Try not to give the game away love” I tell him as he smiles at me.
“I won’t” he promises. “But when it’s just us you can expect a very happy Alpha.”
“Lucky me” I whisper sending him a wink as he stiffens.
“We really don’t have time” he rasps as his eyes focus on the soap suds dripping down my breasts.
Giggling I reply, “we really don’t so stop ogling and get washing.” With a slight pout he does as I say but I still catch the big grin on his face every time I look at him.
Stepping out the bedroom 20 minutes later we walk leisurely down to meet the visiting packs, enjoying the feeling of freedom compared to weight that has been on our shoulders recently.
Opening the door to the lounge I walk in first only to stop with a shriek and jump back slamming the door.
“What is it?” Jax asks looking up from where he’d been looking at his phone.
“N. nothing” I stutter.
Frowning at me he goes to open the door but I catch his hand and whisper “please just wait a moment, for your sake not mine.” Seeing the confused expression on his face I burst into loud giggles making him only look more confused before he pushes past me and storms into the room.
Walking in behind him I see Axtons flushed face as Mila and Jax stare at one another, her buttons done up wrong in her haste to do her top up from where l’d seen Axton squeezing her breasts.
