“It’s impossible,” said Amber calmly. “Whatever happened between him and me is in the past. I don’t want to force ourselves to be together for the sake of the child. It wouldn’t make me happy, and it might not be good for the child’s emotional development either.”

Valda quickly bent down and searched for her phone inside the car. After a while, she found it in the gap between the seats. However, the phone was now blacked out and she couldn’t turn it on immediately.
Valda frowned, afraid that she would have to find a place to repair her phone today.
Looking outside, the taxi driver is still arguing with the other driver, but both have already called the police.
Valda got out of the car and the driver said to her, “Why don’t you switch to another car? The other party is not willing to settle this privately, we have to wait for the police to come and handle it.”
