Wil frowned at her.

“How about if it is seen to be not connected to the more than, say, 30 minutes?”

app for

She thought about that and nodded

“Fine.”

“Calvin is also a man that travels on his jet quite often, so he’s agreed to share his schedule with you, if he had to leave the state for business. He’ll send a text through with the details, so you know where he is going, and can keep track of him. At times, his plane will likely fly overhead when going to Boston or New York.”

Marilyn nodded,

“To this phone, I’m not going to give him my phone number.”

“That’s perfectly fine and what both he and I discussed, you’ll get the information 24 hours before the plane leaves, so please do check it daily. I have also set up the Geofencing for him leaving the state of Texas,”

Wil informed her.

“And what did he set up?”

Liam asked,

“On his end, seeing as it’s a two??ay street kind of deal.”

“Nothing, Calvin is going to trust Marilyn will not get up and vanish away into the night,”

Wil stated simply.

I’ll not be going anywhere. The boys have school and I work from home. Lisa comes to me normally, and will in fact be coming this weekend.”

She saw Calvin appear on the app/in the same location as the phone before her and, just two minutes later app havi een open the entire time, he walked into the room where the three of them were sitting. The she’d been able to track him as he’d walked around the block.

Both her bodyguards stood up when he entered the room and she saw him notice it and frown, but say nothing as he walked across the room to where they were sitting. She closed the phone and looked at him.

“I don’t want you texting or calling this number unless it’s for your scheduling purposes.”

She told him.

“I will, however, explain this to the twins and they will be allowed to check the app anytime they like… I also saw that you’ve put up a profile picture on your bio, that wasn’t there before.”

He smiled at her.

“I did, been checking it have you,”

She ignored the unspoken question and the smile on his face.

“The boys have seen it and I read your bio to them. Just so you know, I’m not cruel or heartless, and am in no way out to destroy you or your image in their eyes. It will be up to them if they want contact with you.

“If you can show to me you know how to follow the law and be a law??biding citizen, until then don’t expect me to be nice to you. That is something you have to earn in my eyes, because you’ve done nothing but show me your rude, arrogant and will always get your way.

“I do believe your words to me were ‘no one will help you against me.’ You, Mr Reeves, need to understand that the world doesn’t revolve around you. That other people’s lives, feelings and wishes should all be respected, and you can’t, regardless of being a billionaire, always have everything you want. I’m not some push over and I will fight you at every turn if I have to, to make you realise just that.”

He stood there just staring at her. His smile was gone and he didn’t appear to know what to say to her. She stood and picked up her handbag.

“I’ll take my leave, Liam. Thank you for once again coming here and helping.”

He nodded.

“It’s all good Marilyn, tell Lisa I said hi when she arrives.”

She smiled at him.

“Will do.”

she nodded and turned to leave.

“Marilyn, before you leave,”

Calvin voiced

“I’d like to once again express my apologies for my actions. Not just for this current situation, but for all our interactions up until now. I am sorry I hurt you. I never meant for any of it to happen.”

He sighed

“I’m also thankful you have seen your way to telling the boys about me. I truly appreciate that. And just so you know, I heard you today, listened and understood what you want. I will not do anything that will risk my having you or the boys in my life later on.”

She just nodded to him,

“Alright.”

She stated and walked away, her bodyguards going with her.

“I hope we can see our way to doing something for Christmas, with the boys together,”

he called out. She shook her head a little and didn’t respond to that. She wasn’t at all ready for something like that, regardless of what he wanted. Regardless, it was also what the boys wanted as well. It wasn’t just about them, but herself as well.

Calvin

Calvin sat and listened to Wil and Liam go back and forth on that contract, though there was no annoyance from either one of them and at times they both kind of laughed at things the other said. He looked at them at one point, as it dawned on him that those two men over at that table actually got along.

He didn’t think that it was that they were both in the same industry or even had things in common, because they had nothing to do with each other outside all of these meetings. He also didn’t think that it was that their personalities were the same.

It was that they had a common goal and so could think alike in trying to get what they each wanted. They were actively helping each other out with some of those clauses; they could both be objective regardless of who they were representing. He could also see that Wil was actively helping Liam to find ways to protect Marilyn and the boys from him as well.
