“Olly, open the door, it’s me.”

A deep and familiar voice sounded from the door. It was Deacon.

“Oriana, I know you’re inside. Quickly open the door, I want to come in!”

Deacon continued to beckon. Oriana raised her hand and covered her ears. Deacon stood outside and kept on knocking on the door, but Oriana didn’t open the door. She didn’t want to open the door for him.

“Oriana, you know a door can’t stop. Come over quickly and open the door. I want to see you now.”

Oriana still didn’t make an attempt of moving. Deacon let out a breathe, and took a step back. The two bodyguards hastily stepped forward and opened the apartment door. Deacon walked in. The apartment was so quiet.

“Oriana?”

Deacon called out. He searched through the living room, then the kitchen, and finally her bedroom, but he still couldn’t find her. Oriana was gone.

“Oriana, where are you? Are you hiding from me? Come out quickly.”

Deacon was certain that she was hiding somewhere. No one still answered him. Where was she? Deacon’s sharp, falcon-like eyes swept around the room, then his gaze landed on a windowsill, where there were curtains blocking the view from behind. Deacon reached out and opened the curtain. He soon saw Oriana. Oriana sat on the windowsill. She stretched out her arms and hugged her knees, curling into a small ball.

Her face was buried in her knees, her long hair spread out and covered her entire face. Oriana sat there quietly.

Deacon slowly moved forward and reached out to touch her. Immediately he touched her skin, Deacon realized that her body was as cold as ice.

“Oriana, it’s alright, I’m here.”

He muttered soothingly. Oriana didn’t look up.

“Deacon, let go. We won’t meet again in the future. Don’t worry, I’ll cure myself. I still have a lot of things to do. I haven’t found my mother yet.”

It was as if a sharp knife had been stabbed into his heart, because the pains he felt was brutally chaotic.

“Oriana, do you want to leave here and go home?

Oriana’s home wasn’t Canada in the first place, but it was only because of her fetters that she stayed. here. Now, neither Deacon nor the Robert family could stop her from leaving. She was going to leave and find a way back home. Oriana was quiet and didn’t answer his question. Her silence was already an acquiescence. An unease and panic surged in Deacon’s heart.

“Oriana, you promised me that you would stay by my side forever, so I won’t let you leave.”

Deacon Vowed. Deacon reached out and placed the OneLove necklace around her neck.

“Oriana, don’t lose this again.”

Oriana lowered her eyes and stared at the necklace. She reached out and held the necklace, and then she said in a hoarse voice,

“Pour me a glass of water.”

“Okay.”

Deacon quickly got up and went to the kitchen to get her a glass of water. When he turned around, Oriana had already stood up. She was wearing a white dress and she stood slenderly on the balcony. The window was open, and the cold wind from the outside flowed in, blowing on the hem of her dress. Deacon’s pupils shrank as he quickly stepped forward.

“Oriana, hurry up and close the window. It’s windy outside. You’ll catch a cold if you’re exposed like this.”

Oriana seemed not to have heard him. She glanced at the OneLove necklace that was on her neck, then she raised her hand and took it off, and she threw it out of the window. With a thud, the necklace and ring landed in the pond below.

Oriana actually threw away the jewelries! Deacon walked over. He looked at the pond, and his chest heaved heavily. His handsome eyebrows were covered with a haze. He reached out and held Oriana’s shoulders.

“Oriana, how could you!”

When he came in, Oriana had been burying her face in her knees. He did not even see her face. Now holding onto Oriana’s shoulders, he noticed that there were fine lines on Oriana’s skin, which was like a perfect handicraft. There were also blemishes on her face that seemed imperfect. It was the first time that Deacon had seen her aging appearance. He was startled. Oriana’s eyes were reddened and swollen from crying, but her bright eyes became even brighter after the tears. She had been looking at Deacon, unwilling to divert her gaze. In fact, she wasn’t afraid of her aging body, she was most afraid of Deacon. Looking at his shocked expression.”

What, did I scare you?”

 Oriana questioned calmly.

“Deacon, I will slowly age, so don’t be controlled by Crystal because of me. I don’t want to owe you anything. Also, let me go…”

She shook her shoulders, in a bid to get rid of his hands. Deacon suddenly held her face with his two big hands, and lowered his eyes to kiss her red lips fiercely. Oriana’s eyes widened. She did not expect that he would kiss her. Wasn’t he afraid of her current state?

Could it be that he really didn’t mind? Although he had said that he didn’t mind and that he was not afraid, Oriana knew that Deacon was a very lustful man. He liked beautiful women. The more beautiful, the better. Oriana concluded that he was acting as if he didn’t mind, so she wouldn’t feel uncomfortable. Oriana quickly reached out and pushed his chest, trying to force him away. However, his tall and sturdy body did not move at all, and his kiss was like a storm. Oriana felt her breathe seize. Oriana trembled for a moment, then she threw her fist at him.

“Go away, let me go!”

She ordered. Deacon refused to let go, but instead, he deepened the kiss. Oriana realized that her fist did nothing to him, so she kicked him with her foot, but Deacon still didn’t move.

Oriana opened her mouth and bit the corner of his mouth. Deacon frowned. He was in pain. At this moment, he knew that if he didn’t stop, then she would definitely bite off the corner of his lips. Deacon let go of her, but his nose was still pressed against her, and his thin lips fell on the fine lines on her face.

“I’m sorry to let you see yourself like this. I promise this is the last time. Every day in the future will be beautiful.”

Deacon assured. Deacon took out a pill.

“Oriana, here, just swallow this.”

Oriana’s bright and clear eyes landed on the pill.
