There were many influential people standing around.
Olga couldn’t help but fan the flames: “We, the Melton family, only got the land you wanted. Do you have to resort to physical violence? Is the founder of QY really so petty?”
“What? She’s the founder of QY? Way too young‘”
“I saw Dylan treating her with so much respect, I thought she was the daughter of QY’s founder.”
“I always thought QY’s founder was a dude.”
“I thought she was just a high–up at QY.”
Nobody saw it coming that Mirabella was the brain behind the QY brand!

But, as Olga pointed out, did she really just throw punches over land?
“What, my daughter didn’t make herself clear?”
Suddenly, a posh lady strutted out from the crowd, shooting Olga a frosty look with a hint of mockery in her voice.
“My daughter said it, your daughter deserved it. Instead of looking into your daughter’s issues, you question mine? Who do you think you are?”
Upon seeing this woman, Olga turned pale with fright and asked, “What did you say?”
Louisa claimed that Mirabella was her daughter!
How can that be?
Then it hit Olga; she remembered a news piece about a girl, Mirabella Collins, who aced the college entrance exam. Could Mirabella really be the heiress of the filthy–rich Collins family?
No way.
“Your daughter is shameless; my daughter’s hand hurts from the slap; I expect an apology from your whole family!”
Olga couldn’t believe what she was hearing from Louisa; she had met unreasonable people, but never this unreasonable! Mirabella was the bully, and she had the audacity to say her daughter was shameless and that Mirabella’s hand hurt? Totally out of line!
Your daughter dirtied my fiancée’s hand. I want an apology to my fiancée from your whole family.”
The person speaking was Romeo.
Everyone’s eyes turned towards him, especially Demetrius, who looked as if he had been struck by lightning.
Romeo stepped up.
“Dare you bully my sister in my face? The Melton family has not had enough trouble lately? Too much idle time on your hands?”
Another person stepped up! It was Hans!
At this, Demetrius and Olga took a step back; their minds went blank, their faces pale.
Even Yolanda was taken aback. Mirabella was the daughter of the Collins family? And Romeo’s fiancée?
How could her status be so high?
“As far as I know, you’ve been bullying my daughter all along. If today’s incident doesn’t satisfy my daughter, then there’s no need for the Melton family to exist!”
Upon hearing Kenneth’s words, the Melton family turned pale with fright.
Both families were against them, but they were powerless and could only let it happen.
The ladies around didn’t understand why Louisa claimed Mirabella as her daughter, but they knew who Louisa intended to protect, and they should stick together.
With that, they spoke up one after another:
“Why are there still people who don’t know their place picking on the Collins family? Do they really think they’re something special?
“Mrs. Collins, which group do they belong to? Thinking they’re all that just because they got a piece of land?”
“Your status is way up there; let me handle these bothers.”
“Mrs. Collins, just point out who’s rubbed you the wrong way, and I’ll take care of them.”
Olga can’t believe what’s going on; she’s scared out of her wits.
These fickle people. What a bunch of lowlifes!
“So, the Abbott family schooling a small company is a cause for speculation, huh?”
“You should feel honored to be schooled by me. After all, not everyone is privileged enough to receive the Cooper family’s favor. If it wasn’t for Mrs. Collins, you small fry wouldn’t even be on my radar.”
“Indeed, I don’t want to stoop down to your level.”
“Today, for Mrs. Collins, we’ll make an exception and teach you a lesson. Not everyone can be messed with, you know.”
“Disrespecting the Collins family is like disrespecting all of our prominent families.”
“Exactly!”
Demetrius was freaking out, hurriedly saying, “Ladies, you’ve got it all wrong. Mr. Collins, Mrs. Collins, Hans, and Mr. McMillan, this must be a misunderstanding! Bella, can you please tell us what happened? If Yoli did something wrong, we, as parents, can take this opportunity to discipline her.”
Seeing that he’s still not giving up, Mirabella briefly retold the event.
Everyone around was shocked, especially Kenneth, Louisa, and Romeo, who were even more furious than before.
The rich ladies started mocking..
“You called Ms. Bella a low–born wretch? Your mouth stinks worse than a sewer!”
“How dare you call Mrs. Collins low–born? I still don’t know which prestigious family you’re from. What’s your family’s rank in the country?”
“If the Collin’s family is considered poor, then what are you?”
“The most disgusting one is you!”
“Ms Bella slapping you a few times was letting you off easy!”
“Apologize!”
“You said Mr. McMillian must be blind for choosing Ms. Bella? I think the real blind ones are you! A bunch of shameless people, daring to cause trouble at Mrs. Collins‘ place?”
“Apologize to Ms. Bella, the Collins family, and Mr. McMillian!”
“Apologize!”
Everyone started attacking the Melton family.
Demetrius and Olga never thought things would turn out like this!
Yolanda was starting to get scared; her body shaking involuntarily.
“I’m truly sorry; it’s my fault for not raising my daughter properly.” Demetrius can only keep apologizing to the people around.
Olga, too, thought today would go smoothly, but it turned into this. They’re like homeless dogs, looking for shelter everywhere.
