Zachary was stunned, staring wide-eyed at Yolanda, “Yoli, is what she’s saying true?”

“Zachary, you don’t need to ask anymore. If you all believe her, then let me prove it to you.” Yolanda looked especially sad as her eyes glistened with tears as she spoke.

For a moment, Zachary felt that he had gone too far, that he had been misled by Mirabella into believing her lies.

Yoli was his fiancée, she had given him the most precious thing and he not only failed to protect her, but also doubted her along with this stranger.

With that in mind, he took Yolanda’s hand, stating decisively, “No need for proof. You say she’s blacklisted, show me the evidence. If not, I’ll complain to QY’s headquarters and let your founders see how you employees are tarnishing QY’s reputation, and how you’re treating key customers.”

The manager found this amusing, did these two young people not know that QY’s founder was right in front of them?

Well, she had been the manager since QY started, and had been lucky enough to meet Queen Abby a few times.

These two were clearly not high society folks, it was normal they hadn’t met their founder.

“You want evidence, I’ll give you evidence.” The manager lifted her gaze, calmly asking, “What’s the lady’s full name? I’ll check.”

Every store could log in to their internal system to check user’s rankings and statuses.

“Let it go, Zachary, let’s go.” Yolanda tugged at Zachary’s hand, getting a bit desperate, “Haven’t we embarrassed ourselves enough? Even if they find out I’m not blacklisted, with their attitude, I can’t possibly buy their clothes anymore.”

Zachary felt a pang of guilt, realizing he had overlooked her feelings. Just as they were about to leave, Mirabella spoke up coldly, “Her full name is Yolanda.”

“Right, I’ll check now.” The manager seemed very respectful to Mirabella.

Yolanda shot Mirabella a furious look, what was her deal? Daring to insult her like this?!

As angry as she was, she was also a bit anxious, she whispered pleadingly, “Zachary, please.”

There were quite a few people watching the show, they saw the manager walk to the computer and start typing. Soon her expression turned awkward.

“Well? Is she blacklisted?”

“Come on, is the lady blacklisted or not?”

The manager’s face turned gloomy, she glanced at Mirabella and muttered, “I didn’t find Yolanda’s name in the blacklist.”

“So my fiancée is not a blacklisted user?” Zachary was immediately excited, “Now, I want you all to apologize to my fiancée. Or else, don’t blame me for being ruthless.”

Yolanda was a bit surprised, did QY only cancel her user status and didn’t blacklist her?

With that thought, she looked relieved.

“You’re not going to apologize?” Zachary immediately took out his phone and dialed QY’s customer service number, “Your QY counter at Dawn Department Store has a salesperson who insulted a customer and refused to apologize. I hope you can send a senior leader to handle this, or else, I’ll expose this to the media and let everyone see QY’s terrible service.”

After hanging up, Zachary dialed the mall’s official number, “Please call your manager, see how QY, a high–end brand in your mall, treats its customers.”

If QY couldn’t provide good service, they might be removed from the mall’s cooperation list.

Dawn Department Store was a high–end retail company owned by McMllian Corporation. If the opportunity for cooperation was lost, it would undoubtedly have a significant impact on QY.

After hanging up the phone, Zachary turned to the store manager and Mirabella, “You guys wanna apologize now? Too late!”

“Who said I was gonna apologize?”

Mirabella had been enjoying the drama from the sidelines as if it had nothing to do with her. She smiled faintly, seemingly very interested, “Done with your call? Is there one more person you should call? Shouldn’t your parents be there when you need support?”

Right, parents.

Yolanda didn’t expect Mirabella to suggest this.

“Fine, I’m your sister, and I can’t control you. Let’s call mom and dad.” Yolanda dialed her parents again.

The store manager walked up to Mirabella with a hint of concern. “What should we do? The incident has become quite big, and today is QY’s grand opening day. If this gets out,”

“Someone voluntarily brought attention to us, so let’s just accept it.” Mirabella casually added after she finished, “Yolanda used to be a six–star user. Of course, you wouldn’t find her on the blacklist if you only checked the regular user list.

QY’s user rule goes like this:

Regular users are one to three stars, with an annual expenditure of 30k to 290k USD.

Junior VIPs are four to five stars, spending 300k to 990k USD a year.

Mid–level VIPs are six to seven stars, spending 1m to 2.9m USD annually.

There are also Senior VIPS, Top VIPS, Supreme VIPs, and so on.”

People were shocked. Who was this girl? How did she know QY’s internal system so well?

The store manager finally got it.

She had initially assumed Yolanda was only a regular user based on her attire, and she hadn’t found her when she checked the regular and junior VIP lìsts.

“I check again.” The manager logged back into the system, selected mid–level VIP users, and sure enough, found Yolanda on the blacklist.

The crowd started buzzing.

“Is she really on the blacklist?”

“As far as I know, if QY blacklists you, they’ll call and text you about it. They’ll let you know you’re on the blacklist.”

“So, Ms. Melton knew she wasn’t eligible to shop but still played the victim, making everyone misunderstand her. She’s sly.”

“The store manager was just following QY’s rules. It’s Ms. Melton and this man who demanded an apology. Now, you two owe an apology to the manager and this lady here.”

The lady referred to Mirabella.

Hearing the surrounding voices, Yolanda felt extremely awkward. She tugged at Zachary’s hand, “Zachary, I have no idea how this happened. I didn’t even get a notification about being blacklisted.”

Zachary could sense her lying, which disappointed him a bit. But under everyone’s gaze, he spoke in a relatively calm tone: “Please take off the clothes and give it back.”

Even though Yolanda was reluctant, she went into the changing room under everyone’s watchful eyes, changed into her dress, and handed it to the clerk. Just as she was about to leave, the clerk hurriedly ran up to her.

“Wait.” A store employee hurriedly caught up, “Miss, you’ve broken the zipper on your dress. And there’s a tear on the side.”

Upon hearing this, Zachary frowned, “What kind of material is this? How come it breaks so easily?”

“Sir, it’s because your fiancée’s waist is a bit too thick. This skirt is designed for slender waists. Your fiancée should have felt it tight around her waist when she tried it on. She must have squeezed into it”

Yolanda bit her lip. It was true that she had to take a few deep breaths to barely squeeze into the dress when she put it on earlier.

She just wanted to create the illusion of a slim waist, but she wasn’t careful when taking off the dress, and ended up tearing it.

The clerk patiently explained, “According to our policy, you guys are blacklisted customers without purchasing rights. But since you’ve damaged the merchandise, you will have to pay the full price, which is 1.3 million dollars for this dress. Would you like to pay by credit card or cash?”

Hearing this number, Zachary’s mood soured. Was it that expensive?

Noticing his confusion, the clerk continued, “This is a design personally made by our founder. The materials are top–notch, and the floral patterns on the dress hem are studded with diamonds.”

“Zachary.” Yolanda did see the price when she tried on the dress. She thought she could use this opportunity to squeeze some money out of Zachary, but she didn’t expect.
