“Thanks,” Mirabella said softly, “I have enough money.”

Yes, when someone wanted her to write a song before, she said she was not short of money and didn’t take orders.

When asked to design jewellery, she also said she was too busy to do it. She was not short of money at all!!

Not only was she not short of money, but as the founder of QY, a pianist, and composer, her income must be very high. How could she be short of money?

“Good girl!” David pinched her face again, thinking his little sister was well–behaved and likeable.

“Oh right, WhatsApp!” He wanted to add her on WhatsApp, but every time he asked Louisa, she told him to ask his sister at home!

He knew what Louisa was worrying about! He wouldn’t just chat a few words with his sister on WhatsApp and not come home. He wasn’t that kind of person!

“Let me add you!” David immediately took out his phone, hoping to be his sister’s friend on WhatsApp soon, and then he could show off in front of his other

-brothers!

David scanned his sister’s QR code business card and immediately added her as a friend, with the note: Bella.

After adding WhatsApp, Mirabella sent him two pictures..

When David opened it, his eyes widened, “Sheet music?”

“This is my original composition. It’s never been released. I think it suits you.” Mirabella’s eyes were very gentle, “This is my welcome gift for you.”

David was hugely surprised. He was dazed for a moment, vaguely hearing his sister talking.

But, he always felt he had taken advantage of his sister’s hard work.

“If you need a song next time, just contact me directly. I can provide it within a day.” Mirabella said calmly, “If you want to buy jewellery, you can also find me. I can help you verify it”

Even though the diamond jewellery set David gifted her was beautifully designed and made of high–quality diamonds, it wasn’t worth ten million bucks!

Sure, they’re top–notch brands, and the price might be justified, but as his sister, she couldn’t help but feel bad for her brother’s money.

“Are you worrying about me?” David thought, what a sweet, sensible sister he had.

Meanwhile, Serena, watching from the sidelines, was just about ready to blow her top!

She couldn’t believe it for the life of her! David was giving Mirabella pocket money, not just any pocket money, but a black card with no limit, no cap!

She remembered that Hans also gave Mirabella pocket money before.

Why were the two brothers so nice to Mirabella?

And here she was, living in this family for 18 years, and neither Hans nor David had ever given her pocket money!

Just thinking about it made Serena feel horrible.

“I’ll be shopping with you a lot from now on. Let’s get one thing straight, no discounts for me, got it?”

He was more than happy to let his little sister earn his money.

“Anything for you is free, Mirabella obediently replied.

David suddenly found his sister even cuter and couldn’t help but tousle her long hair.

“But, I’m curious, how did you manage to build such a big brand at such a young age and have such a deep understanding of music? When did you start getting involved in these fields?”

And when did she learn about company management?

Most importantly, how did she manage to be the top student in the country–while being so busy?

Mirabella didn’t hide anything and honestly replied, “I happened to meet some elders before. With their guidance and help, I achieved what I have now.”

“So that’s how it is.”

His sister might not realize it, but many people couldn’t even reach her current level in piano or design in their entire lives!

And she could do so well with just some guidance from elders, which proved she was very smart and talented!

Take him for example. He’s been in the entertainment industry for years, and even though he’s now a top international star, his musical skills were nowhere near his sister’s! It’s not even close!

“Do you want to enter the entertainment industry after graduating from university? If you do, I can pave the way for you.”

Mirabella smiled, “I’m not interested in the entertainment industry.”

“Then what are you interested in?”

“Medicine.”

David understood. So his sister was interested in medicine, “Your brother is a doctor. After you graduate from university, you can go to him and let him guide you.”

Guide her? Mirabella nodded with interest, “Sure.”

“It’s getting late. You should get some rest. I’ll be at home for the next few days. If you want to go anywhere, just ask me. I’m happy to help.”

“Okay.”

“Good night, Bella!” David was about to leave, then he turned back and said with a beaming smile, “Bella, I have a small request. I don’t know if you can agree.”

“Hm?” Mirabella looked up with a puzzled expression.

“I want to take a picture with you. Is that okay?”

Take a picture?

“Just a quick snap. I promise it won’t take too much of your time!”

“Okay.”

Seeing Mirabella agree, David immediately took out his phone and said happily, “Don’t worry, I have the best beauty camera. I’ve tried several and found this one to be the best!”

Mirabella glanced at the app he opened, Mystic Beauty, and couldn’t help but smile. Só David was using the app she designed!

“Can I put my arm around your shoulder?”

Mirabella nodded.

David was both happy and careful. He gently put his arm around Mirabella’s shoulder in a gentlemanly and graceful manner, and then he gave the camera a bright smile.

Mirabella also lifted the corners of her mouth slightly. She felt warm inside, and she didn’t expect David to be so friendly and adorable.

“Mirabella, you’re really beautiful!” After taking a picture, David found that Mirabella’s face was indeed perfect. Any random snap of her was incredibly beautiful, “Let’s take another one from a different angle!”

Wasn’t it just one picture?

Although Mirabella needed clarification, she accepted David’s request. She cooperated with him from the doorway of her room to the corridor, then from the living room on the second floor to the balcony.

Finally, David felt like he had hit the jackpot. “Bella, you should get some rest. See you tomorrow!”

He playfully tousled Mirabella’s hair and left with a happy heart.

Mirabella was about to enter her room when she caught a glimpse of a hidden figure in the corner of her eye.
