Filed To Story: A Sacrificial Lambs Unexpected Marriage

Oriana stood at the window and looked at the dark, red door in the radio station’s backyard. She had to go to Nora’s office and find the key as soon as possible.

“Marvin…” Oriana turned around and looked at Marvin.

But she froze, as she saw Marvin standing behind her. When she turned around, her body was pressed against his.

Marvin lowered his head and stared at the beautiful woman before him. A smile appeared on his lips, and he said,

“Oriana, what do you want to say me?”

Oriana subconsciously placed her hands behind the wall, as she tried to prevent herself from getting too close to him.

“I…i want to say thank you.”

A strand of beautiful hair wrapped around Oriana’s eyebrows, Marvin reached out and wanted to brush the hair away. But before he could touch her, a loud bang sounded.

The loud noise startled everyone in the station. Oriana quickly raised her eyes. She saw a tall body by the door. It turned out to be Deacon.

Deacon was really here.

Deacon had just walked in from outside, he was clothed in a black suit. He stood by the door and stared at Oriana and Marvin coldly.

Oriana’s eyelashes shivered. She didn’t know why he had come to the radio station. He looked angry.

Oriana couldn’t understand why she felt that Deacon had caught her in the act. Was it an illusion?

Marvin turned around and saw Deacon. He pushed Oriana behind him, blocking her from Deacon’s gaze.

“Bro, why are you here?” Marvin inquired.

The atmosphere exuded the vibes of two men confronting each other.

Deacon felt as if he was going crazy again. He knew that Oriana was at the Academy of Sciences, hence he had impulsively drove down there.

He didn’t understand why she chose to come to the Paulo’s territory. Wasn’t she afraid of being bullied?

Deacon had walked all the way in search of her, but as soon as he reached the door, he met her and Marvin in such an ambiguous position.

Today, Oriana was clothed in a white sweater dress, which had a baby collar. The skirt fell above her knees. She wore a pair of trotting shoes on her feet. Her hair was packed in a ponytail, exposing her stunning facial features.

Marvin was wearing a white shirt. The two of them looked very good together. They were a perfect pair.

A wave of anger rushed in Deacon’s chest. He wanted to turn around and leave, but after thinking about it, he felt unwilling, hence he raised his leg and kicked the door.

Deacon gloomy eyes fell on Marvin’s handsome face.

Marvin nodded, indicating that he understood how he felt. But he glanced at the door and asked,

“Bro, why did you kick the door?”

Deacon let out a scoff, as he stared mutely at the duo.

Oriana felt that Deacon was getting more nervous. She couldn’t understand what made him jealous.

Crystal heard the loud sound and rushed over. She was surprised to find Deacon there.

“Deacon, why are you here? Are you here to pick me up?”

Deacon retracted his gaze and stared at Crystal indifferently.

“Yes, I’m here to pick you up. Let’s go.” He replied.

“Okay.” Crystal held Deacon’s strong arm intimately, and the two of them turned around and disappeared from everyone’s sight.

When they left, Marvin turned to look at Oriana.

“Are you alright? Are you scared?” He inquired tenderly.

Oriana shook her head, and walked to the desk and begun arranging her files.

“Of course not. I’m not that vulnerable.”

“Oriana, shall we go have dinner together?” Marvin offered.

“Not tonight. I already have a date.” Oriana apologetically blinked at Marvin.

Marvin had no choice than to respect Oriana’s schedule.

“Alright then. But Oriana, tomorrow is mine, okay?”

“Okay.” Oriana nodded and smiled at him.

With Marvin’s help, radio D’s office was rapidly tidied up. Marvin led his team out, and Oriana went on to sort out some informations.

Once she was done, Oriana placed a call to someone.

“Hello, teacher, I’ll definitely be there. Okay, see you later, sir.” She said into the phone.

Oriana hung up the call and walked out of the office with her bag.

A figure suddenly appeared in the darkness. It was Alicia.

Alicia secretly stared Oriana, then she went on to follow her.

Oriana walked out of the gate of the academy. A low-key, black luxurious car was parked on the other side of the road. The driver opened the passenger’s seat, and Oriana got in.

Alicia stood in a corner and watched her. Her eyes widened as she recognized the person in the driver’s seat. It was academician Bush!

Alicia quickly took out her phone and took a picture of academician Bush and Oriana.

After a while, the car drove away. Alicia quickly got into her car and followed them.

Alicia had already suspected the relationship between Oriana and academician Bush.

Now that she had the picture of Oriana and academician Bush together, she knew that she had evidence to back up her claims.

In the black luxurious car, Mr. Bush looked at the rearview mirror and whispered,

“Oriana, there’s a car behind us.”

Oriana turned her head and saw Alicia’s car behind them.

“Oriana, do you know who that is?” Mr. Bush asked.

Oriana retracted her gaze, and replied,

“Don’t worry about her, she can follow us if she likes.”

Bush stared at Oriana lovingly. He let out a chuckle and asked,

“What’s going on, Oriana?”

Oriana’s clear eyes flickered with shimmering light. She replied in self-defense.

“Sir, I didn’t take the initiative to cause trouble. These people, started it. Let’s not talk about these, sir,

I can handle them. I’ve really missed aunt’s food.” Oriana replied with a smile.

Bush laughed and replied, “Your aunt has prepared all your favorite dishes. Do you know what? My wife has never treated me as good as she’s treating you.”

“Really?” Oriana laughed lightly, and added, “I can’t wait to eat her delicious food.”

Alicia followed quitely. Half an hour later, the black car finally stopped. Bush and Oriana got off the car and Bush led Oriana into the apartment.

Alicia grabbed her phone and took more photos of them.

Alicia was swimming in excitement. She knew that the apartment before her was the home of Me

Bush.

Academician Bush’s wife was the vice president of the People’s Hospital. Alicia was convinced that Mrs. Bush wasn’t home and had went for a meeting.

Alicia felt like she had captured the best news. She quickly sent the pictures that she had taken to Crystal.

Crystal was in Deacon’s car. She looked at Deacon’s face and smiled sweetly.

“Deacon, you came to pick me up today without notifying me. You really surprised me. I’m so happy. Let’s go have dinner together. She muttered happily.

Deacon drove the car without squinting. His fingers were on the steering wheel. His handsome face exuded gloom.

Crystal suddenly felt his perfunctory and impatience. She leaned her body over and rested her beautiful face on his stiff shoulder.

“Deacon, what the matter? Why are you suddenly in a bad mood?” Crystal inquired.

It wasn’t that Deacon suddenly got into a bad mood, but he had been in a bad mood all day.

Deacon’s mind was filled with the images of Oriana standing so closely to Marvin. As long as he thought about that, his anger increased.
