The individual who had the best chances of defeating the virus first was probably Mr. Paulo. Everyone entrusted their hopes on him.
But the results were shocking. The first person to conquer the virus was academician Bush Di ckson, the president of Bright Star university.
It was rufnored that there was a girl in academician Bush’s team, who had isolateledly found the origin of the virus, and had successfully curbed the spread of the virus.
The amazing girl had caused such a huge sensation in the entire medical industry. Everyone wanted to see her face, but academician Bush didn’t expose her identity to the public. The girl had disappeared from the spotlight.
No one knew nothing about the girl until now, only her nickname, Sun light, was known.
Sun light represented hope and strength.
The girl had disappeared, and academician Bush stood out from the academy of sciences and had established a scientific research center.
As for what happened five years ago, it was embarrassing to Mr. Paulo. He felt as though someone had slapped him hard across the face.
“Yes, the other evening radio station operator will be sent by in by academician Bush.” Mr. Paulo replied.
His response seemed to have cause an uproar amongst the crowd.
“Do you think that academician Bush will send Sun light over here?”
“If that’s true, that means that we’ll be able to see Sun light’s face!”
“I was really curious to see what Sun light looked like!”
The students murmured amongst themselves.
Seeing that his announcement excited the students, old Mr. Paulo’s expression turned cold.
“This time, we’re competing against the scientific research center’s radio station. It’s a competition, so you have to distinguish between friends and foes!” Mr. Paulo added, his face conveying nothing but seriousness.
After Mr. Paulo said this, every where quickly became quiet.
Mr. Paulo turned to Crystal again, and said,
“Crystal, this radio showdown is very important. You must do your best.”
Crystal had also heard of Sun light, but she was not as excited and curious as other people. She was the proud woman herself, hence she expected people to be excited over her, and not the other way.
Five years ago, Crystal was only fifteen years old. What could a fifteen years old girl have done? She was only in junior high.
She concluded that Sun light was older than her. It was estimated that Sun light would be about thirty years old now.
Crystal was convinced that if the virus had broken out now, then she would have stood a chance. against Sun light, perhaps she would have even discovered the cure to the virus.
As an emotional radio host, she had an innate advantage, a sweet voice and a great reputation. She was certain that would stand out better than the representative from academician Bush!
The most important thing was that her father had donated the radio station building of the Academy Of Sciences. And her mother was now the director of the radio station!
Crystal nodded confidently, and replied,
“Mr. Paulo, don’t worry, I will definitely do my best. By the way, why haven’t the person sent by academician Bush arrived yet?”
With such a reminder, the students started turning around in search of the representative. Mr. Adam Paulo glanced at his wrist watch. The representative ought to be here by now.
Suddenly, a beautiful and sweet voice sounded in everyone’s cars,
“I’m sorry to have kept y’all waiting. I’m sorry I’m late.”
Crystal felt that the voice was very familiar.
Why did it sound like Oriana’s voice?
Crystal took in a deep breath and quickly turned around. She immediately saw Oriana walking into the hall.
Alicia froze. She looked at Oriana in shock. Was she the one sent by academician Bush?
Alicia swiftly remembered that Oriana had promised to come to the Academy of Sciences in search of her!
Alicia’s eyes were slowly filled with fear, panic and unease.
She felt like Oriana was very mysterious, and there was a lot about her that people didn’t know.
Oriana walked over, her clear eyes stared at the crowd, and then she walked past Crystal and Alicia.
“Mr. Paulo, we meet again.” Oriana said to Mr. Paulo the moment she reached where he stood.
Mr. Paulo looked at Oriana and narrowed his turbid and sharp eyes. He didn’t expect that the person that Bush had sent was her!
Mr. Paulo once said that he would never allow Oriana enter the gate of the Academy Of Sciences. Mr. Paulo couldn’t help but feel that he had been tutored by Oriana.
Mr. Paulo looked at Oriana, and then asked,
“Are you the one sent by Bush? What’s your relationship with Bush? Bush is the principal of Bright Star university, while you’re studying at Watson University.”
The spectators jaws dropped. They all knew Oriana. Recently, Oriana’s fame had risen in Imperial, and she became Marvin’s fiancee, which was a nightmare to thousands of girls!
“Why is Oriana here?”
“I thought it was Sun light who was coming over, I didn’t expect it to be Oriana.”
“Yea, why did academician Bush send Oriana here? He and Oriana are two completely different people. How did they even meet?” The students whispered amongst themselves.
“Is that what y’all are worried about? Aren’t y’all worried about the fact that she’s Marvin’s fiancee? Gosh, my heart aches!” Another student added.
Oriana wasn’t affected by the murmuring of the crowd. She straightened her beautiful back, and answered Mr. Paulo calmly.
“I’m a student of academician Bush.”
Mr. Paulo snorted. He knew that Oriana was being smart by claiming to be Bush’s student instead of answering his question directly.
“Oriana Hendrix, the radio station of our Academy of Sciences has been handed over to Crystal. If you can win against Crystal, then you can handle it yourself.” Mr. Paulo informed.
Alicia stared at Mr. Paulo and didn’t divert her gaze. Suddenly, she felt someone staring at her. She quickly became alert and turned her head to look directly into Oriana’s eyes
Oriana was staring at her, and had seen her watching Mr. Paulo.
Alicia instantly had a bad feeling. She wondered if Oriana already knew something.
Crystal stepped forward and stared at Oriana arrogantly.
“Oriana, although I don’t know why academician Bush sent you here, you’re sure to lose. Maybe you still have a chance of winning. I’ll give you a chance now. You can leave the academy honourably.”
Oriana scoffed and shook her head, and replied,
“Crystal, I just realized that you like to speak trashy words. Why don’t you say something useful?”
Crystal’s beautiful face became cold. “It seems that you won’t back down until you’re defeated. Let’s go the radio station to meet the director. Don’t you know? The director is my mother. Grandma wants to recognize you as her granddaughter, right? My mother too had been wanting to see you.”
Oriana perfectly understood that the radio station was a thunderbolt, and she had stepped on it.
Crystal’s mother was Mr. Paulo’s daughter, Nora Paulo. But Oriana heard that Crystal’s father, Damien Robert and Nora weren’t on good terms, so they had seperated many years ago.
Damien Robert had devoted himself to charity. He was a philanthropist whose whereabout was mysterious.
While Nora on the other hand, managed the radio station and could be defined as a strong woman.
Oriana headed to the radio station building of the Academy Of Sciences. When she sighted the magnificent radio tower, she once again sighted the power of the capital. She heard that the radio station was donated by Damien Robert.

A sweet-sounding young lady led Crystal, Oriana and Alicia to an office. Then, she knocked on the door, and said respectfully.
“Director, Miss is here.”
Soon, a capable voice sounded from inside, “Come in.”
The director’s office door was pushed open and Oriana saw Nora Paulo.
Nora wore a black business suit with a burgundy skirt. She had a very hot figure. She had long, wavy hair.
“Mum, I’m here.” Crystal quickly ran to Nora’s side and squeezed into Nora’s arms like a spoiled brat.
Nora put down the file in her hand and fondly patted Crystal’s head.
