Confusion deepened among the onlookers as Glenn’s assistant brought forward a document and laid it on the table.

Glenn said, “These blueprints were officially filed with the state, so there’s no issue in showing them now. Go ahead, bring out your blueprints. Are they truly identical?”

Jeffry hesitated, his assurance faltering under Glenn’s confident demeanor. He instinctively looked at Rowan. Rowan, too, was taken aback, his eyes locked on Glenn. Those blueprints had come from the safe; how could there be discrepancies?

Noticing Rowan’s reaction, Jeffry quickly pulled up the blueprints on his phone for a side-by-side comparison. He had been convinced they were identical, but now, seeing them together, he realized… they were not the same!

Jeffry’s panic was palpable.

Phyllis and Eliza looked on, puzzled. Phyllis leaned in and whispered to Jeffry, “What’s the result of the comparison?”

Jeffry’s face went through a series of frustrated expressions. While the foundational elements were similar, the details varied significantly. Jeffry immediately turned to Rowan, whose expression was one of shock.

Jeffry quickly realized they had been duped. His eyes flared with anger. “This is impossible. You must have changed them later!”

“Jeffry Chapman, did you really think you could sue us just by obtaining those blueprints? Our design was registered long ago. Even if you possess an identical copy, it only shows that you copied our design!” Glenn’s voice was firm and cold.

Jeffry’s expression soured. “That’s not true. It’s not like that! Glenn, you must have set us up!”

The reporters were equally stunned, not anticipating such a twist.

“Wow, what just unfolded? Did Jeffry actually plagiarize?”

“I knew it. How could Patton Group ever be guilty of plagiarism? Something seemed off from the beginning. Did Jeffry really think he could outplay Glenn? Would Glenn really fall for such a basic scheme?”

“Did anyone catch the look Jeffry gave Rowan? It seems like there’s more to their story.”

The realization struck the viewers watching the live stream: Rowan had crossed a line no one expected. The air was thick with tension as murmurs filled the room.

“Now it all makes sense,” a commentator exclaimed. “Those blueprints must have been handed over to Jeffry by Rowan. It’s hard to believe he’d betray his own family like that!”

Another voice chimed in, “Rowan has always lived in Glenn’s shadow. It seems he reached his breaking point and decided to partner with Jeffry to sabotage the Patton Group for his own gain.”

Sarai and Courtney watched the unfolding drama with wide eyes, their dreams of seizing control over the Patton Group slipping away.

“Glenn… He’s not just a businessman; he’s a strategist. He anticipated all of this!” Courtney’s voice was laced with disbelief.

“How could this happen? How did Uncle Glenn know our moves?” Sarai’s frustration bubbled to the surface.

Courtney wiped away a tear of frustration, her dreams crumbling in an instant. “I can’t believe this! We were so close!”

Sarai squeezed her daughter’s hand reassuringly. “Don’t lose hope yet. We still have connections. What about Andrew?”

Courtney’s voice trembled. “But since that night, he’s been unreachable.”

“Men are all the same—easily swayed! But don’t worry. I’ll make sure Damari steps in to support you.” A dangerous glint flashed in Sarai’s eyes, revealing her determination.

In the private room of the hotel, officials from the Registration Office arrived, confirming that Glenn’s blueprints had been officially filed long ago. With this solid evidence, Glenn had no reason to fear any legal challenges.

Rowan, shaken by the gravity of the situation, finally grasped the depth of his brother’s foresight. Glenn’s meticulous nature was something Rowan had underestimated.

“Jeffry, it’s not me who will pay the price,” Glenn stated, his voice unwavering. “You need to consider your next move carefully.”

Jeffry’s confidence dwindled as his face paled. The plan to seize control of the Patton Group was unraveling, and he had seriously underestimated Glenn.

“It seems there’s been a misunderstanding,” Jeffry admitted begrudgingly. “You didn’t plagiarize our work. I apologize for the mistake.”

Glenn’s gaze remained steady. “This isn’t over. You’re still accountable.”

“For what?” Jeffry shot back defensively.

“You attempted to undermine us, and now you’re trying to brush it off as a misunderstanding?” Glenn’s eyes narrowed dangerously.

“You admitted those blueprints aren’t yours! I just misinterpreted the situation,” Jeffry replied, his voice shaking slightly.

Phyllis jumped in, attempting to salvage the conversation. “We’re all part of the same community, right? Let’s not dwell on this incident and move forward amicably.”

Glenn raised an eyebrow. “You think this is just going to disappear?”

Jeffry feigned innocence. “Mr. Patton, you’ve misunderstood everything. I’ve never even been to the Patton Group, let alone orchestrated any theft. Your company is large enough that I couldn’t possibly have arranged for anyone to steal anything. It’s just not plausible.”

Rowan was silent, a mix of shock and guilt washing over him. He had thought Jeffry’s plan was foolproof, but now it was clear that the tables had turned dramatically.

“You may be bold now, but you’ll find yourself cornered soon enough,” Glenn declared, his tone icy.

Sarai and Courtney watched the live stream in disbelief, feeling their plans unravel. If they couldn’t secure the Patton Group, they would need to pivot and find a way into the Klein family instead.

Suddenly, Rowan broke the silence. “I can prove that Jeffry hired someone to steal the Patton Group’s blueprints.”

His announcement sent shockwaves through the crowd and the viewers online. Sarai and Courtney were dumbfounded, struggling to comprehend what they had just heard.

“Is he out of his mind?” Courtney whispered. “Why would he say that?”

Rowan turned his gaze to Jeffry, his expression steady. “I helped him steal those blueprints.”

Gasps filled the room, the weight of Rowan’s admission hanging heavily in the air.

Jeffry’s face twisted in disbelief. “You can’t be serious!”

The reporters present were stunned, witnessing a confession of corporate theft unfold live.

“This isn’t just a game, Jeffry. You thought you could manipulate the situation, but now you’re facing the consequences of your actions,” Glenn asserted, his voice a mixture of authority and resolve.

The atmosphere shifted as everyone in the room realized the stakes had never been higher.

The atmosphere in the room was charged as reporters snapped photos, eager to capture every moment of the unfolding drama. Glenn’s expression remained stoic as he cast a cold, unwavering gaze at Rowan, who met his brother’s stare with a bitter resentment.

“Glenn, you must have known all along, haven’t you?” Rowan accused, frustration evident in his voice.

Glenn chose silence, allowing the weight of his inaction to speak for him.

Jeffry, unable to contain himself any longer, interjected, “Rowan, what are you insinuating? We have nothing to do with each other.” Eliza and Phyllis shared bewildered looks, caught off guard by Rowan’s blatant accusations.

“Jeffry, stop pretending. I’m the one who handed over the blueprints to you,” Rowan declared, forcing a pained smile. “Denying it won’t help you now. Do you really think I don’t have evidence?”

Jeffry fell silent, staring at Rowan in disbelief.

Turning to Glenn, Rowan’s smile was tinged with a sense of impending defeat. “So, Glenn, you figured this all out from the start, didn’t you? The password you set was a chance for me to reconsider.”

Still, Glenn remained silent.

“I’m truly sorry, Glenn. I’ve let you down,” Rowan confessed, taking a deep breath. “I’m prepared to accept responsibility for everything.”

Glenn narrowed his eyes, assessing his brother’s sincerity.

Rowan sensed the weight of Glenn’s unspoken words. “Please, let my family go. They shouldn’t be punished for my mistakes.”

Glenn’s gaze shifted away, revealing the conflict within him. He had offered Rowan a final chance, but that opportunity had slipped away.

The Patton Group was their father’s legacy, and Rowan was ready to relinquish it. Glenn felt no sympathy for a brother who had betrayed him.

Jeffry, feeling the tension escalate, clenched his fists in frustration. “What a fool!” he thought.

Meanwhile, the online audience was in a frenzy, their opinions swaying as the drama unfolded.

“Did Rowan really betray his family?”

“This is outrageous! If Nolan knew, he’d be furious.”
