Peter shrugged his shoulders. “I believe my son will handle everything. I will send the guards with them as well.”
Edger said nothing as he nodded and stood up.
“I’m leaving then, Gamma Peter.”
Even though he had become the former Gamma, they remembered to respect him for his former position.
Sophia ignored Edger when he walked past her. There was a time when she had a good friendship with Edger. But after what his Alpha did to her, she stopped talking with him.
Sophia turned to leave to meet the children. She spent her time with them for a long time.
In the evening, she decided to go back home.
She went back to her house and prepared dinner for her family, although she was aware that Abraham would not return home from work so soon.

The next day,
After attending her classes at the university, Sophia went to meet with Alpha Oliver.
She drove to the restaurant, where she told Oliver to come.
As soon as she arrived at the restaurant, she parked the car outside and went inside.
The familiar surroundings drew her attention. While she was walking, her gaze found itself drawn to the side that led people to the balcony area.
She laughed in her heart as she reflected on how foolish she was to plan so many things there.
“What a waste of time!” she muttered under her breath as she noticed a couple walking there.
She shifted her focus away from there and looked around for Alpha Oliver.
Oliver raised his hand and waved at her. She located him and walked toward the table he was sitting at.
When she approached him, Oliver stood up and pulled up a chair for her.
Sophia sat down gracefully and smiled at him. It was a fake smile that did not reach her eyes.
“Alpha Oliver.”
He sat down across from her and looked at her with an impressive look.
“What a wonderful young lady you are, Sophia! You have the potential to work in a big place. Are you willing to work with me in my business?”
Sophia smirked as she raised a brow at him. “Why? Are there any other deals from Morrison Group that you could not wait to get your hands on?”
Oliver parted his lips in shock, but then he composed his expression. “You are incredibly clever. May I ask why you suddenly want to destroy that man?”
A waiter came with a bucket and placed two glasses on the table. He poured red wine into the glasses and put the bottle on the table.
Sophia took a glass of red wine and slowly swirled it.
“It would be better if you focused on your own goal rather than others. I know who sent you to me. Tell him that I am pleased with what he is doing.”
Oliver stared at Sophia. He liked her attitude very much. He had his eye on her when she used to be Bryan’s personal secretary.
However, he assumed she was not an ordinary woman. Perhaps there was something about her that no one knew. If that were not the case, how could an ordinary woman have the courage to challenge Alpha Bryan while she was living in his own pack?
As Oliver was about to ask what she wanted in return, the waiters and the manager of the restaurant rushed over to the door.
Both Oliver and Sophia turned to them with confused looks. Oliver stopped a waiter and asked,
“What happened?”
The waiter wiped away his sweat, glanced at the door, and responded.
“Our head Alpha is here.”
“Clear the rush! Alpha is on his way here.”
All of the guards who had just gotten out of their cars gathered in front of the restaurant, pushing the customers aside.
The restaurant manager and waiters dashed over to the door, their gazes drawn to the black cars. More than five cars stood outside the restaurant.
The manager was concerned about the unexpected arrival of the head Alpha. He immediately pulled out his phone and tried to call the restaurant’s owner. He was frightened if they had any serious issues in the restaurant for which the head Alpha was here.
But his hands froze when the guards rushed to the car in the middle and opened the back door.
A man in a black, expensive suit stepped out of the car.
It was like an air of darkness appeared outside the restaurant. The aura he had was something no one could take calmly.
His piercing eyes, which would have killed anyone if he had glanced at them, were hidden behind his black sunglasses.
All of his officials walked behind him as he started walking toward the main door of the restaurant.
“Sir, I believe I have seen him before,” a waiter whispered to the manager.
The manager furrowed his brow, but then his eyes widened in surprise.
“He was the man who paid us a lot of money to send a crazy girl home a year ago. He is our head Alpha!” The manager mumbled under his breath, unable to believe his eyes.
He could not believe he had already met the head Alpha and was completely unaware of it.
“Alpha!”
He bowed to Bryan properly, both out of fear and respect. There was no way he could calm his trembling knees in front of him.
He possessed such power that he could make anyone submit in front of him at any time.
“Raise.”
Hearing his deep voice, the manager’s heart shook with terror.
Bryan walked past the manager, as he did not bother to say anything to him.
“I am the manager of this restaurant. Is there anything I can help you with? We are honored to welcome you all to this restaurant,” the manager said to Bryan’s official.
Beta Robert stepped forward and replied,
“We don’t have time for your introduction.”
The manager looked stunned. Delta Edger was about to enter the restaurant with others, but he turned his head and said this to the manager.
“You can do your business. We are here for some other reason. We have information that an impostor is here with another pack’s Alpha.”
Inside the restaurant,
Every guest was shocked when they heard Alpha Bryan was coming here. Some young women took out their phones to capture him on their cameras. But the guards who entered first told them to put down their phones and continue what they were doing. They warned them not to disturb their Alpha if they wanted to stay alive.
Just hearing Alpha Bryan’s name was enough to shake anyone in fear, so everyone took the warning very seriously and did not dare to move their necks.
Alpha Oliver’s eyes fell on the man who was coming toward the table. He shifted his gaze at Sophia and alarmed her for the third time.
“If you want, you can run. I don’t want you to die in his hands. You are a member of his pack, and I can not save you from him.”
Sophia stared at the red liquor as she swirled the glass slowly without replying.
“He will catch you red-handed. What are you going to do after that?”
She smirked as she turned her attention from the wine to him.
“Let him catch me.”
As Alpha Oliver was about to oppose it once again, the man in the black suit stopped near the table and stood behind Sophia.
Alpha Oliver composed himself and stood up after shrugging his shoulders.
“Alpha Bryan, what a pleasant surprise!”
Bryan never once looked at him. From the moment he entered the restaurant, his eyes were fixed on the woman seated at the table.
The woman did not react, nor did she turn to see who had arrived. She seemed to be unaffected by her surroundings.
When all of his officials came to stand beside them, Gamma Abraham looked at Sophia and let out,
“Sophia?”
